Prepared and submitted various federal (BLM, BIA, FIMO) and state (NMOCD, SLO) Notice of Stakings, Application to Drill permits, Right of Way applications, and permit sundries for horizontal drilling operations in the San Juan Basin. Coordinated workload of environmental consultants and reviewed environmental assessments and reclamation plans. Managed engineering firms and road design projects for Encana throughout the San Juan Basin.
